Cherished sister of Michael Zacks of Pawtucket, RI. Loving "Bubbie" of Nicole and aunt of Benjamin and Samantha. All services will be private at family's request. Fredda was a graduate of MGH School of Nursing and she was a dedicated operating room nurse for over 40 years at Mass. General Hospital.
