John P DiMascio

John P. DiMascio of Plainville, formerly of Walpole, passed on September17th at the age of 61.  A very kind and caring person, John especially loved the time spent with his family.  Loving companion of Diana Sklar of Plainville.  Former husband of Terry DiMascio of Taunton.  Loving son of the late Pasquale and Ersilia DiMascio.  Devoted father of Lauren Lyons and her husband Michael of Epping, NH, Paul DiMascio and his wife Jayme of Norton and Joseph DiMascio and his companion Loren Weyland of Taunton.  Cherished brother of Connie DiPietro and her husband Joe of Pembroke, Francine McCarthy and her husband Joe of Walpole and the late Lillian Corrigan and her husband Kevin.  Loving "Bompa" of Ava Lyons and also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.John was the former owner of Walpole Exxon,and a long time employee of Sullivan Tire.  John had a great sense of humor and was well liked by all. Visiting hours will be held Thursday evening from 3 - 7 at the Alexander F. Thomas & Sons Funeral Home, 45 Common Street, Walpole with a Service at the Funeral Home at 6.  Relatives and friends invited.  Interment will be private at family's request.  Please in lieu of flowers all donations can be made to www.heart.org or www.marisas-mission.org.
