Joan T (McBarron) Mandill

Joan T. Mandill (McBarron) of Hyde Park passed peacefully on November 1 at the age of 91.  Beloved wife of the late Francis.  Devoted mother of Ellen Newman and her husband Bruce of Walpole, Joanne Lamb and her husband Robert of Tampa Florida formerly of East Walpole, Maureen Mandill of Norwood and the late Stephen Mandill.  Cherished sister of Christine Tosi of Beverly, AnnMarie Gelinas of Colorado, Janet Frazer of Roslindale, Michael McBarron of California, and the late William McBarron.  Loving "Nana" of 9 grandchildren, Daniel, Kristen, Diane, Janet, Jennifer, Katie, Stephen, Michael and David and 13 great grandchildren, and also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral from the Alexander F. Thomas and Sons Funeral Home 45 Common Street Walpole Saturday morning at 9:30 Followed by a mass of christian burial at St Timothy's Church Norwood at 10:30. Visiting hours will be held Friday evening from 4-7 at the funeral home.  Internment at Blue Hills Cemetery Braintree.  Relatives and friends invited.  Please in lieu of flowers all donations can be made to www.stjude.org
